Spiritual ego is creating your new rituals and dependencies, not awakening.

Updated: Aug 7

In our latest video, we explore the "ritual stage" of spiritual awakening, a crucial phase in many people's spiritual journeys. As more individuals seek a happier and more grounded way of life, they turn to spiritual paths that promise deep connection and lasting peace.

This stage involves incorporating various rituals into daily routines. These can be actions like eating healthier, exercising, practicing yoga, meditating, using crystals, and keeping gratitude journals. Alternatively, it can mean avoiding certain behaviors or influences, such as alcohol, processed foods, or toxic relationships.

While these rituals can be beneficial stepping stones to a healthier and more peaceful state of being, there's a catch. If relied upon too heavily, they can become new dependencies. The goal is to use these rituals to break free from old habits without letting them control your happiness.

The key takeaway? Use rituals as tools for growth, not as crutches. Achieve a state of peace and happiness that remains stable, even when rituals can't be performed.

Check out the full video for a detailed discussion on navigating this stage of spiritual awakening. Don't forget to like, subscribe, and share your thoughts in the comments!

I find over time that we all progress through the rituals, they are great to take you out of the old ways that were not serving you and then the new ones serve you until they don't and eventually you progress some more and have that peace and equilibrium by just being yourself, wher…

Exactly. We progressively emerge as peaceful and free or we can get lost in the dependency on rituals and lose sight of the journey. The yoga, the gratitude, the loving kindness often become a dependency and serve little if any purpose on becoming more conscious or letting go of beliefs. It's progressive not repetitive.
