Mental health issues are often a path to realisation and to awaken to the truth of our unlimited existence.

Two things that may seem to be unrelated are often more connected than you think. Life in our conditioned and contrived reality before awakening is the main cause of almost all mental health issues, and the issues themselves are often a pointer to how the construct doesn't serve you. As we suffer we often realise that something is missing or wrong with the world and we get an urge to break free or escape.

Awaekning is the process of breaking free of the conditioning and letting go of the beliefs that hold the construct together.

There are also a growing number who are starting to see things differently. There are a few practical steps to be taken that will bring you peace. The first is to real;ise that all of the suffering, including the physical pain is held in thought. While we are conditioned and hold lots of polarised ideas about everything our thoughts are relentless and can be overwhelming. They can also manifest as physical pain which spirals from a small seed. To change how you feel starts…
