Toxic relationships can deeply affect our emotional and mental well-being, often leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves and our true path. Whether it’s a relationship with a partner, friend, family member or colleague, such negative relationships can leave us feeling totally drained and lost, not really knowing who we are or how to move forward, which can be disorienting and impact on future relationships.
In this workshop, we invite you to join us for a transformative hour focused on rediscovering the true you and aligning with your authentic self to overcome the impact of your toxic relationship. This session will guide you through understanding why toxic relationships happen, how to overcome blame (either of the other person or yourself), and how to begin your journey forwards, free of the baggage holding you back, releasing the patterns that no longer serve you. You’ll discover what it means to have true self compassion.
