Highly advanced binaural sound technologies are played through your own private headset, meaning that the left and right sounds will vary in both nature, frequency and amplitude, with separate carrier waves. This variation creates the need for your brain to compensate and to respond by aligning the left and right hemispheres to work in unison together.
The more we synchronise our brain hemispheres, the more synchronised they become outside of meditation, aligning on many cognitive, practical and attention based activities.
